Gaillac Wine Some of the best vineyards are to be found in the GAILLAC region, one of the oldest wine producing areas in France, originally planted by the Romans.	Cordes Sur Ciel The medieval village of CORDES is a gem of Gothic architecture situated high up on a hill above the clouds. The climb is not for the faint-hearted, but the view from the top is breathtaking.
The Millau Viaduct The famous MILLAU VIADUCT is a stunning 2500 metres long & 340 metres high (topping the Eiffel Tower by 23 metres) over the charming town of Millau. It is the highest & largest cable stayed vehicular bridge in the world.	Carcassonne Carcassonne is a fairy-tale medieval walled city dating back to the Gallo-Roman period. In 1997 it was added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.	Toulouse Visit stunning city of TOULOUSE with its beautiful squares, chic shops and many art galleries. It’s known as La Ville Rose (‘The Pink City’) due to the terra-cotta bricks used in many of its buildings.
Cité de L'Espace For the more technically minded you can visit the Space City “Cité de L'Espace”. A theme park focused on space and the conquest of space. A day trip the children will remember forever.	Street Markets Enjoy a stroll through the interesting & colourful street-markets to stock up on the fresh local produce. Tuesday & Friday are GAILLAC’s market days while Saturday is market day for RABASTENS, and Sunday for LISLE/TARN.	Golf There are four excellent championship golf courses all about 20/30 mins away, (Golf Albi Lasbordes, Golf de Florentin-Gaillac, Golf des Etangs de Fiac, Golf de Palmola Buzet/Tarn).
Lourdes Pilgrimage Site In 1858 Lourdes rose to prominence in France and abroad due to the Marian apparitions. Lourdes is one of the world's most important sites of pilgrimage and religious tourism. Today Lourdes hosts around six million visitors every year from all corners of the world.	Monkey Forest Experience this unique opportunity to visit ’La Forêt des Singes’ an exciting walk amongst 150 free roaming Barbary macaques. Discover this amazing species as they exhibit their natural behavior with no bars or cages to hinder your view.	Castres Further south lies CASTRES, the Venice of the Tarn, with its canal, gardens and museum dedicated to the works of Goya.
